On your departure day, after the inventory is carried out, we will cancel this pre-authorisation. If you are arriving after the Reception closes, you will find your keys, in a plastic wallet, attached to a large board on the wall outside the Reception entrance, marked Late Arrivals. The wallet will have your name on it and will include the key to your apartment, a map of the Residence showing you the way to your apartment, and the badge to enable you to open the electric gate. If the electric gate is closed on your arrival, you can enter the Residence via a small side gate to collect your badge in order to open the main gate and enter with your car.

Key collection is from 5pm, but there may be a possibility to enter your apartment earlier (from 3.30pm/4.00pm) if we are able to prepare it in advance.
